She has experience in retail management and office management. Belinda started selling membership for the BBB in February of 1995 and managed the operations of the Bureau before becoming the Bureau’s Vice-President in 2003. Belinda works day to day with the Bureau staff in the main office and the two branch offices as well as consumers from the 13 counties of North Alabama.
