Rock The Rec is an interactive, over-the-top event that invites students to participate with Campus Recreation and the University Fitness Center in a totally fun and unique way! Some of the features you can see at this awesome event include: FREE t-shirts (1st 100 students), Silent Disco, glow-in-the-dark dodgeball, a rock wall, an inflatable obstacle course, Key Log rolling, tricycle races, FREE Zumba demos, games, prizes, and giveways courtesy of UAH Sport Clubs, music and a whole lot more!
