Through the 16-month, accelerated, cohort-based program you will expand your executive-level professional network, experience relevant business coursework, increase your knowledge of effective leadership practices, and immerse yourself in innovative business practices as you learn from experts in the business field. The UAH Executive MBA is designed with working professionals in mind, allowing busy professionals to balance their career responsibilities while earning their degree in 16 months. Flexible Designed for working professionals ready to serve their organizations at the executive level - Friday and Saturday residencies take place once a month on the UAH campus. Program Details Time to Complete: The Executive MBA program takes 16 months to complete. The program will launch at the beginning of the fall semester, run throughout the following spring, summer, and fall semesters. Class Composition: Professionals accepted into the Executive MBA program will experience the entire program with their cohort. Cohort classes are a group of diverse professionals who share similar goals in advancing to the executive level. Professionals will come from a variety of industries and backgrounds, creating a rich environment for peer learning. Required Work Experience: The Executive MBA is created for mid- to senior-level managers who are ready to serve their organizations at the executive level. At least five years of professional managerial experience is required. Immersive Trip: As part of the program, the cohort will travel to centers of business excellence to network with and learn from industry leaders. The trip will enhance your learning experience by exposing you to innovative business practices that you can bring to your own organization. Delivery Mode: Professionals accepted into the Executive MBA will spend time on UAH’s campus once a month on Friday and Saturday as they learn from experts in the business field. Monthly residencies are supplemented by online content, to provide flexibility and to accommodate busy schedules. Admission Criteria: Before applying, we welcome you to discuss the program with the college’s Graduate Advisor. Once you have decided that this program is right for you, an online application should be completed. A GMAT/GRE score is not required. Candidate interviews may be required.
