Biography

Jason is the founder of Officers Eat Last, a company dedicated to teaching small business owners the skills they need to create successful companies. He is an entrepreneur, business leader, author and retired U.S. Marine Reserve Lieutenant Colonel. Jason has been leading and developing teams for over 25 years as a Marine and business leader. As a Marine officer, he led Marine units into combat in Kosovo, Iraq, and Afghanistan. As a business leader, he founded two companies and successfully sold one. In 2016 he published his views and beliefs on leadership in a book titled, Leadership Development: A Blueprint for Building Your Leadership Foundation.

Jason is an Alabama native that has lived and traveled all over the world. He has a BS in Finance from The University of Alabama.
