SOAR SERVICE: 8:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
SGA GOLDEN PARKING PASS COMPETITION: 4 p.m. - 7 p.m.

Since its introduction to the UAH campus in 2011, The BIG Event is the university's largest one-day, student-run service project. Each spring, UAH students come together to say "THANK YOU" to the residents of Huntsville and Madison County by completing service projects with various nonprofits across the city. Transportation will be provided if required.

After serving with SOAR, join SGA for a competition like UAH has never seen! Teams of four will compete in a variety of activities for a GRAND PRIZE of THE GOLDEN PARKING PASS. Winners of this prestigious award will be granted open parking privileges for the 2022-2023 academic year! There will also be second and third place prizes.

PARTICIPATION IN SERVICE PROJECT IS REQUIRED TO BE ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE FOR THE GOLDEN PARKING PASS.
