-Effective March 25, 2025 NASA has updated the NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Manual (GCAM) and NASA Grant and Cooperative Agreement Terms and Conditions (GCAT) to comply with recently issued Executive Orders. Both documents are now available on the NASA Grants Policy and Compliance website under the "Regulations, Guidance, and Forms" section. Reporting requirements have been updated and are noted in the guides as well.
