Biography

Dr. Pan is an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. He received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California in 2002. He is the recipient of the ETRI Journal Paper of Year Award in 2006. He received the College of Engineering Outstanding Junior Faculty Award from The University of Alabama in Huntsville in 2008. He was awarded the Summer Faculty Research Fellowship from the Office of Naval Research (ONR) in 2008, 2009, and 2011. He has about 100 refereed journal and conference publications. He is a senior member of IEEE.
