Biography

With more than 25 years of clinical experience, Haley has worked with clients of diverse ages, genders, and socioeconomic backgrounds in a variety of therapeutic settings. Her professional experience includes providing individual, family, and group therapy, helping clients navigate a broad range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges. Haley utilizes a collaborative, practical, and down-to-earth approach to therapy, creating a supportive environment where authentic conversations foster insight, resilience, and personal growth. She believes that meaningful change begins with a trusting therapeutic relationship and strives to provide clients with guidance and practical tools that empower them to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and clarity. Haley is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and has specialized training in Neuropsychotherapy. These credentials enable her to provide trauma-informed care while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs, readiness, and pace, ensuring a safe, supportive, and individualized therapeutic experience.

Haley's counseling philosophy is grounded in the belief that every individual possesses unique strengths and the capacity for meaningful growth and change. She is committed to helping clients recognize those strengths while developing the skills and confidence needed to overcome challenges and achieve their personal goals. Using evidence-based clinical approaches combined with a compassionate, direct, and conversational style, Haley helps clients understand how past experiences and relationships have influenced their perspectives, behaviors, and responses to life's circumstances. Through increased self-awareness, practical skill development, and thoughtful exploration of available options, she supports clients in making informed decisions that promote resilience, personal growth, and lasting well-being. Her goal is to empower clients to move forward with confidence and create lives that are aligned with their values and aspirations.
