The goal of the Propulsion Research Center Student Association (PRCSA) is to promote multi-generational relationships and experiences for students interested in propulsion. In particular, it aims to further the education and professional development of the students affiliated with the UAH Propulsion Research Center as well as promote propulsion education to the community at large. The PRCSA routinely hosts tours of PRC facilities, participates in community outreach efforts, such as NASA in the Park and Girls’ Science and Engineering Day, and provides opportunities for students to network with industry professionals. In 2016, the PRCSA received the Outstanding Student Organization Award from the UAH College of Engineering.
