UAH Propulsion Research Center Alumnus, Dr. Amit Patel recently won the Edward F. Connors Award at Jacobs for Technical Excellence and Improvement. Amit was recognized for improving the solid rocket motor internal ballistics analysis process on the NASA Mars Ascent Vehicle (MAV) program. This prestigious award is given to outstanding contributions by an individual or team that improves the nature, quality, and/or efficiency of MSFC tasks and/or customer support.
