Biography

Patience Ezeike serves as CSPAR’s Senior Research Proposal and Contract Analyst. She joined CSPAR in February 2025 as a Project and Proposal Coordinator, bringing more than 17 years of extensive experience in the finance and banking sectors. Before joining CSPAR, Patience held key positions with several international banks and organizations, where she specialized in financial and data management, proposal development, loan processing and administration, as well as account and project management. Her diverse background has equipped her with strong analytical, organizational, and strategic budgeting skills that she now applies to research administration and sponsored program management.

Patience holds an MBA in Management with a concentration in Business Analytics from the University of Alabama in Huntsville (2024) and a B.Sc. in Banking and Finance. In her current role, she collaborates closely with Principal Investigators (PIs) and research teams to develop competitive and compliant budgets, manage proposal submissions, and provide end-to-end financial management support. She also works in partnership with CSPAR’s Administrative Director on budgeting and financial oversight for research personnel, ensuring the effective management and accounting of all active awards and grants within CSPAR and the SPA Department.
