Charger Lore Icons Food & Entertainment Signature Events Disc Golf UAH’s Disc Golf course is a full 18-hole course that spans the south side of campus. It even features the famous rocket target near Von Braun Research Hall. The BIG Event "The BIG Event" at UAH is SOAR's annual student-led community service outreach day that allows students, faculty, staff, and alumni to give back to the Huntsville community and surrounding areas. This event celebrated fifteen years of service in 2025. Late Night Breakfast Fire up the griddles and start the coffee for Late Night Breakfast! This event is held at the end of each semester to kick off Stress Less Finals Week. It’s the longest running tradition at UAH. Fried Chicken Wednesday Tag along with friends and enjoy Fried Chicken Wednesday, a favorite among the UAH community every mid-week during the school year. Because of its reputation, this day is one of the busiest in the Café, so be sure to get there early. ACE Movies Twice a week during the semester, ACE hosts movies in the Charger Union Theater. These movies range from recent blockbusters to fan favorites. To complete your movie experience, popcorn and drinks are provided as well.
