the lawn of North Residence Hall at UAH

UAH is committed to providing our students with a comprehensive, successful academic experience. National studies indicate there are numerous educational and social benefits for students who live on campus. Among them, students who live on campus typically enjoy a more favorable overall college experience, are more likely to attend class and maintain higher grade point averages, and graduate in less time than their off-campus peers.

All first year full-time undergraduate students with a permanent legal residence beyond a 30 mile radius from campus are required to live in the campus residence halls.

  • Students with a documented medical hardship.
