Resident Mailroom The Resident Mailroom is located on the first floor in Charger Village Original. Residents will need to enter through the exterior doors on the South West corner of Charger Village Original. Residents will not be able to gain access to the mail room inside the residence hall. Packages will be available to pick-up in the Resident Mailroom. The student will receive an email and text notification once their package has been logged and is ready to be picked up. Letter mail will be delivered to the residence halls daily. Mailroom Services will make every attempt to have packages available in a timely manner and letter mail delivered in a timely manner. Please be aware of the hours of operations and that overnight and priority shipping does not guarantee that packages will be available for pickup at the times the carrier provided. These deliveries will not be accepted at the front desk of any residence hall. However, any order placed using Instacart, SHIPT, Walmart+, Uber Eats, Door Dash, or any other same-day delivery service (except floral deliveries), will need to be sent to your residence hall. You must meet the delivery driver in person in the lobby of your residence hall. If you are not present to accept the delivery, the driver will not be allowed to leave your items and will be instructed to take them back to the store. If you use same-day delivery services, please include accurate contact information so they can call you upon arrival at your residence hall.
