Spring

February 1 - Application to Graduate
Before March 11 - Submit Draft to Committee
March 11 - Oral Defense
By March 11 - Begin Signature Form
March 27 - Submit Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to College Dean
Before April 6 - Submit Completed Signature Form to the Graduate School
April 6 - Upload Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to ProQuest
April 15 - Non-Thesis Final Oral Exam
Last Day of Examinations - Copyediting Complete for Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project 

Summer

June 1 - Application to Graduate
Before June 15 - Submit Draft to Committee
June 15 - Oral Defense
By June 15 - Begin Signature Form
June 27 - Submit Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to College Dean
Before June 30 - Submit Completed Signature Form to the Graduate School
June 30 - Upload Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to ProQuest
July 15 - Non-Thesis Final Oral Exam
Last Day of Examinations - Copyediting Complete for Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project 

Fall

September 1 - Application to Graduate
Before October 25 - Submit Draft to Committee
October 25 - Oral Defense
By October 25 - Begin Signature Form
November 1 - Submit Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to College Dean
Before November 6 - Submit Completed Signature Form to the Graduate School
November 6 - Upload Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project to ProQuest
November 15 - Non-Thesis Final Oral Exam
Last Day of Examinations - Copyediting Complete for Thesis/Dissertation/DNP Project 

These dates have been adjusted to give students more time to submit; therefore, these deadlines are firm dates. The thesis/dissertation/DNP project must be approved and the Signature Form signed by the Research Advisor, committee, Department/Program Chair, and College Dean and submitted to the Graduate School by the posted dates above. The thesis/dissertation/DNP project must be uploaded to ProQuest for copyediting by the posted dates above. Dates falling on a Saturday or Sunday will be extended to the following Monday.
