- In accordance with Chapter 1, Title 39, Code of Alabama, 1975, as amended, notice is herby given that The Smith Group & Associates, Inc., Contractor, has completed the renovation of The University of Alabama in Huntsville - Cramer hall Cooling Tower Replacement at 320 Sparkman Drive, Huntsville, AL 35805 for the State of Alabama and the (County) of Madison and (City) of Huntsville, Owner(s) and have made request for final settlement of said Contract. All persons having any claim for labor, materials, or otherwise in connection with this project shall immediately notify Rocket MEP, 1300 Meridian St., Ste. 302, Huntsville, AL 35801 (Architect/Engineer).
