Foote has over sixteen years of scheduling experience supporting Major Defense Acquisition Programs (MDAP) including the development, maintenance and analysis of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) and executing Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBR). In addition, he currently supports the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) update of the NDIA Planning and Scheduling Excellence Guide (PASEG). Foote holds a master's in business management and a bachelor's in business from The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Additionally, he holds Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) certifications in project management and business financial management.
