He also has over 15 years of experience as an educator helping professionals master project management and earned value management concepts. He is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and EVP (Earned Value Professional) as well as DAWIA Level 3 and DoD FM Level 3. He currently serves the DoD as the Earned Value Management Technical Director for the Missile Defense Agency. Before his current role, Mr. Hycoop served as the Integrated Logistics Support Manager for the Navy Tactical Command Support System and Earned Value Manager for the Defense Integrated Military Human Resources System. Mr. Hycoop was also a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps.
