Biography

Jimmy Carter is the Director of Strategic and Technology Analysis for IERUS Technologies Inc. He has been working in the Missile Defense industry since 1985. Mr. Carter previously served as the Executive Vice President of Davidson Technologies. He also worked with Lockheed Martin Mission Systems & Sensors as the Deputy Program Director of Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Programs, which followed his position as Director of Advanced and International Aegis BMS Programs. In 1996, he moved to Moorestown, NJ to start the Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense Program after serving as the Huntsville Engineering and Operations Manager of the SDIO Systems Engineering and Integration Contractors.
