He is knowledgeable in delivering training on both soft and technical skills, sales skills, and leadership development. Christopher currently serves as a Senior Program Coordinator within the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. In this role, he is charged with managing diversity initiatives pertaining to university faculty and staff employees. This includes but is not limited to: professional development opportunities, operationalizing DEI in functional areas, event planning, and supporting institutional DEI initiatives. He also facilitates training in this position on topics such as implicit bias, inclusive hiring, and DEI fundamentals. Also, he is well-versed in the facilitation of career development topics. In 2021 he was honored to be appointed to the City of Huntsville’s Human Relations Commission by Mayor Battle where he currently serves in a leadership role.
