Biography

Christopher Cantrell is a right-brain creative writer combined with a left-brain analytical engineer. He prides himself in his ability to apply a large arsenal of collected software tidbits to implement creative program solutions. Mr. Cantrell has over 25 years of experience as a software developer and has authored many feature articles about exciting and educational embedded software and hardware projects in Circuit Cellar magazine. He has presented at the JavaOne Conference in San Francisco twice.

In addition to earning a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Mr. Cantrell is a certified Java Developer and a Certified Ethical Hacker. He has taught undergraduate electrical engineering and computer science courses at the University of Alabama and has been an instructor with UAH Professional Development for 27 years.
