Cindy Small arrived at UAH following Hurricane Katrina in 2005. A native of New Orleans, she graduated from Tulane University with an undergraduate degree in Journalism and Masters in Historic Preservation Studies. Before moving to Decatur, Cindy worked for LSU Medical School and Tulane University as a residency coordinator.
