Overview OneUAH is a university-wide initiative to transform how we work together across campus. As part of this effort, UAH is implementing a new ERP system, ChargerLink, which will modernize and simplify our core Finance and Human Resource functions. By streamlining processes and reducing complexity, ChargerLink will support a more efficient, connected, and effective UAH. This is more than a system upgrade. It’s a step toward a better way of working. The opportunity we have through OneUAH – to review our business processes and shift to best practices, rather than just continuing with the way we've always done things – I think that may be more impactful to UAH even than the technical improvements of ChargerLink. - Kathleen Sobai, ERP Steering Committee and Partner Network [W]e are making a pivotal shift toward real-time collaboration and data-driven decision-making across the entire campus. This upgrade will replace our legacy constraints with a unified, scalable platform that empowers every department to operate with greater agility and precision.
