Biography
Dr. Jeffery Williams joined the ISEEM as an adjunct professor in 2022 while working at L3 Harris Aerojet Rocketdyne. In Fall 2024 Dr. Williams joined ISEEM as a Lecturer after retiring from Aerojet Rocketdyne. In Spring 2025 Dr. Williams accepted a position as a Clinical Assistant Professor for ISEEM.
Dr. Williams brings 49 years of experience in aerospace & defense, rail, and commercial air to the classes he teaches and the research he supports. Dr. Williams has held many positions below is a list of some of the positions he held that influence how he teaches.
- INCOSE Project Lead for Guide to Model-based Needs & Requirements
- SEIT lead for large rocket motor programs. Responsible for incorporation of Model Based Systems Engineering at Aerojet Rocketdyne
- Functional Manager responsible for development of Systems Engineering organization at Securaplane
- Program Manager responsible for implementing Model Based Systems Engineering for the Driver Strategy Engine (DSE) for Rio Tinto’s AutoHaul Program at New York Air Brake
- Lead Systems Engineer for the USMC H-1 Upgrade Program at Bell Helicopter
- Lead Systems Engineer responsible for Requirements Management for the V-22 Production Program at Bell Helicopter
- F-16 Lead Systems Engineer and Technical Program Manager at EFW
- Lead Systems Engineer for F/A-18C and E/F product line training system at L-3 Communcations
- System Architect for Area Air Defense Commander (AADC) at Litton Data Systems
- Principal Systems Engineer for Theater Missile System Exerciser (TMDC) at Litton
- Principal System Architect for Battle, Management, Command, and Intelligence (BM/C 3 I) segment of the DEM/VAL proposal and program kick-off for the Theater High Altitude Area Defense Program at Lockheed Martin.
