The UAH Institutional Conflicts of Interest and Conflicts of Commitment Policy (06.09.05) (effective January 1, 2024) provides guidance on identifying, acknowledging, and appropriately managing Conflicts of Interest (COI) and/or Conflicts of Commitment (COC). This policy outlines specific requirements for transparency and objectivity to help ensure the integrity of academic and administrative endeavors and to help protect UAH, its community members, and the public from financial or reputational harm. This policy applies to all faculty and staff, including student employees, as well as their Unit Heads for any and all activities other than research and sponsored activities as set forth in the Research Conflicts of Interest and Commitment Policy.
