UAH Alumni Geographic Regional and Affinity Groups keep graduates connected to the university. Graduates strengthen bonds with fellow Chargers while growing their relationship with UAH. Connect with fellow Chargers based on your location or interests.

The Alumni Association supports twelve regional and affinity groups. More than 60% of alumni live within 50 miles of an existing group. Existing Groups include Huntsville, Birmingham, and Washington, D.C., and affinity groups linked to Athletics, Greek Life, and UAH’s academic colleges.Everyone is welcome! Alumni Regional and Affinity Groups are open to University of Alabama in Huntsville alumni, parents, family, friends, fans and students.

New groups are being developed across the Tennessee Valley, Central and South Alabama, as well as the state of Tennessee, and North Georgia, aligning with the university’s regional recruitment growth.

For existing groups, if you are planning a social event please complete the Chapter/Affinity Group Event Form at least 4 weeks prior to your upcoming event and we will help you promote it in our newsletter and on social media.
