Just Run It

Ready to get started on your running journey?

Whether you want to run a 5K and have never run a step in your life, or you just want to improve your running form, speed or endurance, Just Run It will get you there. Jane Reneau, a certified USA Track & Field Level I coach, will be leading this group for Just Move It participants. Jane will set up a training plan that prepares participants to run a 5K, which is 3.1 miles. At the end of the program all participants will run the Cookie Dash 5K Run on April 20. Runners will meet weekly for a group run on campus with Jane, and will be responsible for other training runs on their own. Jane will be available via email to answer questions, provide motivation, and help you reach your goal.

If you are interested in Just Run It, please plan on attending the informational meeting on Jan 31st at 12:00. Jane will give you an overview of the program and answer any questions you may have.
