"I [also] interviewed at Facebook for a position with their misinformation operations team but did not make it to the final round. I do feel like it is an accomplishment to make it through the first two interviews considering the amount of applicants and people that want to work there." During his time at UAH, Antoine completed research with Dr. Tathagata Mukherjee on malware analysis and reverse engineering. He believes that highlighting those topics during his interview at Arete are what helped get him in the door. "Had I not met some of the professors I did, like Dr. T, Dr. Coleman, and Mrs. Allen, I may not have realized how useful the skills I was learning could be for careers outside of software engineering. As a person that's always had a passion for security I wouldn't go back and do it any other way."
