- BlueCross BlueShield of Alabama: Employees enrolled in one of UAH's health plans through BCBS have access to comprehensive behavioral health services. This includes mental health support, substance abuse treatment, and more. Visit your myBlueCross portal or call the customer service number on your ID card for details.
- Teladoc Mental Health: Receive virtual therapy or psychiatry sessions from the comfort of your home. View the flyer for more details on how to access Teladoc services.
- Charger Fit Wellness Program: The Charger Fit Wellness Program offers a wide variety of activities designed to support your mental health and overall well-being. From virtual wellness challenges to social events and mindfulness workshops, the program focuses on building community, promoting balance, and supporting all aspects of wellness.
