Welcome!

The Charger Union is excited to host your event and our facilities are open for reservations from registered student groups (RSOs), campus departments, and sponsored groups. We offer a variety of rooms perfect for small gatherings or larger events up to 350 people, so it's easy to find the right space for your needs. Tables, chairs, and setup services are available for any of the venues managed by our operations team. Our Audio Visual team can serve your needs anywhere on campus outside of academic spaces. With expertise in servicing approximately 1500 events a year, we look forward to working with you on your next event!
