Open Enrollment is your once-a-year opportunity to review your current benefits and make any necessary adjustments for the upcoming calendar year. During this period, you can explore plan changes, benefit enhancements, and ensure your coverage meets your needs.

What Actions Are Required?
You must take action if you wish to:
- Participate in a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA)
- Participate in a Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account (DCFSA) for childcare expenses
- Participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA)
- Make changes to your existing insurance elections for medical, dental, or vision insurance
If you do not wish to make changes to your health, dental, vision, life, or disability coverage, no action is required. Your current benefits will automatically roll over and take effect on January 1, 2026.
Schedule of Events
Human Resources will offer both in-person and virtual meetings to provide an overview of Open Enrollment changes, plan enhancements, and enrollment support. A summary of the high-deductible health plan will also be covered. Please refer to the Schedule of Events on the Open Enrollment website for more details, including dial in links for virtual events.
Join us today, October 14, for an in-person session on Benefits and Open Enrollment at 12:00 PM in SSB Room 201.
If you prefer a virtual option, a session will be held on Thursday, October 30th at 3:00 PM. No advance registration is required for either session. These sessions are a great opportunity to learn more about your benefits and get answers to any questions you may have!
