This Tuesday, the first ever Open Mic Night in the Library (March 5, 6pm to 8pm) will take place. Students, faculty, and staff will have a chance to perform and everyone is invited to attend. Snacks will be provided.
Earlier that day, the Student Success Center will partner with Cafe de la UAH to offer a free cup of coffee to UAH students (March 5, Noon to 2pm). You will be able to find them by the Cafe.
Then, on Thursday (March 7), the UAH Makers Club and the Salmon Library MultiMaker Lab will have Intro to Laser Cutting from 6pm to 7pm.
Some Notes on Spring Break
The Salmon Library will close at 5pm on March 8th and then remain closed from March 9th through March 16th. During this time, our online materials will remain available (articles, ebooks, etc). LibChat will be closed but you can email refdesk@uah.edu if you have questions and we will answer your query when we return.
If you need to return books, you can use the bookdrop near the front doors of the library.
