Participation Steps Every project must use the official paperwork and follow the Rules and Guidelines established for ISEF and its affiliated fairs. All Forms are Uploaded through a STEM Wizard Account. Complete a science fair project. Compete at your school fair and be selected to attend NARSEF. Register your selected project with NARSEF using STEM Wizard. October 23 – Student Registration Opens. February 4 – Deadline to submit all projects, paperwork, and fees. Student Registration Once the teachers from a school are registered, your students may register on STEM Wizard beginning on Monday, October 23rd. Note: all students competing at NARSEF must be entered in STEM Wizard to be eligible to compete.
