W-2 tax forms can be found by going to MyUAH and choosing Self Service Banner (V. 9) under Banner Links. Click on Employee link to go to Employee Dashboard. Then choose the dropdown menu for Taxes. Under this menu you will find the link to your W-2 Wage and Tax Statement. Click this link and you will select the year of the W-2 form you wish to view then click Display.
