The withdrawal deadline for fifteen-week courses has shifted to October 28. Please announce it in class and encourage students concerned about their progress to talk with you and their advisor. Those conversations can help students consider what it would take to recover in a course and whether withdrawal makes sense. After that date, options narrow considerably, and an advising conversation may necessarily shift from recovering this semester to preparing for a stronger next semester.

Use Charger360 in NavigateUAH to bring advisors and campus partners into the conversation when a student is struggling—or use the new Kudos feature to recognize effort or improvement. “I noticed” can encourage change or reinforce progress. You don't need to look up Anumbers and you can opt to share your comment directly with a student. In your report, please include what you hope the student or receiving staff member will do and what you think would help.
