In support of a centralized process for the management of all contracts by and between UAH and outside vendors, all new contracts, amendments, and renewals are to be processed through the Agiloft Contract Management Software (Agiloft). By using Agiloft as UAH's centralized repository, this course of action ensures that all contractual documents are easily located for any and all future inquiries/requests, i.e., open/public records request, auditors, etc.
