Parking Services is streamlining several of our processes, including the timeline for purchasing parking permits. Faculty and staff permits for the 2026–2027 academic year will be available on July 24, 2026 through the Self-Service Parking Portal.
One quick tip for locating your permit on the portal: after logging in and selecting Order Permit, click the "Other" tab to view the 26–27 Faculty/Staff Parking Permits.
We've also updated how faculty and staff permits are distributed. You now have three ways to receive your permit:
- Campus Mail - We encourage you to use Campus Mail for the quickest delivery.
- Bulk Central Receiving delivery - If your department prefers, send us a complete list of employees, and we'll deliver the permits in bulk through Central Receiving.
- In-person pickup - If you'd rather pick yours up in person, see the details below.
Temporary Permit Pickup Location
Because Parking Services is currently in a temporary location, in-person pickup will take place at an alternate site during designated hours. Permits will be available at the Charger Union Ticket Booth starting on August 3 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. This temporary pickup location will remain in effect until further notice.
