Have you ever wanted to book Charger Blue for your event, appear in your department's social media, help boost program recognition with community members and employers, or even just hang out with students and their families?
Request Charger Blue through the Mascot Request Form!
This form will provide the Mascot team with some important information including date/time of the event, special requests, and more!
Before submitting, requestors will be asked to agree to the following guidelines:
- The requestor is responsible for providing a private area for Charger Blue to change for off-campus appearances. Please note that bathroom stalls are typically not large enough to accommodate this need.
- Charger Blue does not charge for events within the Huntsville/Madison area. For events requiring travel outside this area, the requestor will reimburse Charger Blue for mileage at $0.70 per mile, per the Alabama State Rate.
- Charger Blue's maximum appearance time is 60 minutes under ideal conditions. Please be aware that outdoor appearances, particularly in heat or humidity, may reduce the available appearance time.
- The requestor will provide a bottle of water for Charger Blue at any outdoor appearance.
