As we continue to move forward with UAH Mission Accessible, this update highlights new tools, key actions, and opportunities to strengthen accessibility across campus.
Announcing the New Accessibility Feedback & Reporting Form
As part of our ongoing commitment to accessibility for everyone, the Office of Risk Management & Compliance (ORMC) is pleased to announce the launch of an Accessibility Feedback & Reporting Form. This form will support our responsibilities under federal law (e.g., ADA, Rehabilitation Act of 1973), state law, and the University’s Digital Accessibility Policy (06.09.07). Beyond simply meeting regulations, this form turns your observations into action. By flagging digital glitches, reporting physical barriers, or asking questions, you play an essential role in building a campus environment where everyone can thrive.
Making Excellence Accessible to All
- Your Voice Matters: You know our physical spaces and digital tools best.
- Easy Reporting: A quick, streamlined way to report accessibility concerns or issues.
- Building Together: Your input helps us transform universal design from a goal into our daily reality.
Additional resources will roll out over the summer to support campus-wide awareness.
Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Working Sessions
Only one date left! Be sure to attend one of the remaining sessions.
- Friday, April 24 at 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM
For Action: UAH Mission Accessible
Please complete your assigned Mission Accessible training modules as soon as possible. This is a vital step in ensuring we are compliant with federal accessibility requirements.
