Charger Fit is proud to spotlight one of our campus partners, UAH Recreation, for their continued efforts to support mental health awareness and suicide prevention.

This year marks the 5th Annual Out of the Darkness Campus Walk, led by Recreation in partnership with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. For five years, our UAH community has come together to raise awareness, support one another, and fund critical prevention efforts.
