UAH Human Resources is excited to announce the launch of a new performance management software platform, PageUp Performance. This modern platform is designed to streamline the performance management and evaluation process and enhance collaboration between employees and managers.
Key benefits of PageUp Performance include:
- Modern, user-friendly interface: Designed for ease of use and improved navigation.
- Mobile-friendly access: Employees can access the platform on mobile devices.
- Goal planning and performance management: Employees can enter annual goals and track performance through automated, continuous feedback.
- Enhanced analytics: Improved data management, reporting, and performance tracking capabilities.
Human Resources will begin training managers in April 2026, and the new PageUp platform will be fully available to all employees starting June 1, 2026. The performance management cycle will run from June 1 through May 31 each year.
Special Note for the 2025-2026 Performance Evaluation Cycle
Effectively immediately, performance evaluations are required for all full- and part-time regular staff. For the 2025–2026 performance evaluation cycle, managers must complete and submit evaluations for all staff by June 30, 2026. For this period only, managers may submit evaluations in various forms, including any customized templates created and utilized at the department level. Additional information for supervisors, including instructions for submitting customized evaluation forms, is forthcoming.
