January 3, 2025 Congratulations to the Facilities and Operations Grounds & Landscape Management unit for winning the 2024 Professional Grounds Management Society (PGMS) Green Star Honor Award! The award was given in the University & College Grounds (Mid-Size – 201 - 499 acres) category for exceptional grounds maintenance. This is the first year that UAH has submitted and won the award. UAH held a celebration event on December 17 to honor the hard work of the entire team. Congrats!
