After careful consideration and a thorough selection process, we have chosen a new EAP provider that we believe will enhance the support and resources available to every one of our valued UAH employees. We are pleased to partner with ComPsych, a leading provider in the industry known for its comprehensive approach to employee well-being.

Expanded Services: ComPsych offers a wide range of services, including counseling, wellness programs, financial consultations, legal advice, and more. This expanded scope ensures that you have access to the resources you need to navigate various aspects of your life.

Digital Support: User-friendly platform that allows you to explore available resources and connect to counseling and other work-life support services.

Starting January 1st: Access ComPsych EAP services by calling 888.283.3515 for 24/7 live assistance or access online at guidanceresources.com. Enter Web ID: UAS.

ComPsych will be offering 4 opportunities to learn more about your new EAP provider and all of the resources available to you. Follow the links below to register or join a virtual kick off session.

Important Notes

v  ComPsych is your new Employee Assistance Provider effective January 1, 2024.

v  Service with Uprise Health will end December 31, 2023. Employees currently utilizing Uprise Health for EAP services will not receive any referrals and current sessions will end on 12/31/23, even if you are in the middle of using sessions.

v  If your service is interrupted by this change please call ComPsych effective 1/1/2024 through the Toll-Free Number 888-283-3515

v  You can ask to either be set up with your current provider as long as they are in ComPsych’s Network, or they will set you up with a brand-new provider and you will have 5 new sessions regardless of any sessions you’ve already completed.

v  If your current provider is not in the ComPsych Network and you would like them to join you can ask them to proactively join the ComPsych network so that you may continue seeing them. ComPsych can also conduct outreach upon request.
