All full- and part-time faculty and professional research staff are invited and encouraged to attend UAH Commencement Ceremonies on Monday, December 11, 2023 at the Von Braun Center Propst Arena.
- 10:00 a.m. Colleges of Education; Engineering; and Nursing
- 2:30 p.m. Colleges of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences; Business; and Science
This is an important day in the life of UAH students, celebrating their hard work and achievement of academic milestones. Full participation by the university community greatly contributes to the special meaning of the commencement ceremony for the graduates, their families, and friends.

The anticipated timeline is as follows:
8:30 am VBC doors open to public
*Faculty enter through security screening in front hall, near the ticket office
9:00 am Faculty assemble in East Hall
9:45 am Processional line up
10:00 am Ceremony for Colleges of Education; Engineering, and Nursing

1:00 pm VBC doors open to public
*Faculty enter through security screening in front hall, near the ticket office
1:30 pm Faculty assemble in East Hall
2:15 pm Processional line up
2:30 pm Ceremony for Colleges of Arts, Humanities, & Social Sciences; Business; and Science
A reception and chance to greet graduates will follow each ceremony in the East Hall.
Faculty who need to rent or purchase regalia should contact the Bookstore immediately at 256.824.6604.
Parking passes will be available for pickup in the Provost's Office during the week preceding commencement. Additional details will be sent during that week as well.
