In 2006, construction on the Mark C. Smith Sigma Nu Fraternity House was completed. The house features ten individual bedrooms with every two rooms sharing a bedroom. Amenities for residents include 12Mbps high-speed wireless internet, local phone lines, and basic cable television (with HD TV channels in the works). The rest of the house is divided into a study area with a work computer, lounge with full-size pool table, full kitchen, large chapter room for social events, and a living room with a 60″ high definition TV, PS3, and surround sound for the bowl games. The back porch includes fire pits, furniture, and a gas grill (also for bowl games).
