When you are ready to apply, either download the appropriate application below, or apply online through your myUAH account. Note: Only applications submitted before the late payment deadlines can be accepted online. Graduation Application Deadlines and Fee Schedule All applications must be submitted to the Registrar's Office, Student Services Building 120. Please submit your application one or two semesters prior to your Expected Graduation Date. FEBRUARY 1 JUNE 1 SEPTEMBER 1 Undergraduate: Summer Undergraduate: Fall Undergraduate: Spring Graduate: Spring Graduate: Summer Graduate: Fall Fee: $50 by deadline; $75 Feb 2-15; $100 after Feb 15 Fee: $50 by deadline; $75 June 2-15; $100 after June 15 Fee: $50 by deadline; $75 Sept 2-15; $100 after Sept 15 Notes These deadlines are for students who have not applied to graduate and will complete degree requirements within the next year. There is no penalty for applying one, two, or three semesters prior to the deadlines listed above or your expected graduation date. Official Degree Audit: Degree Application + $50 processing fee + applicable late fees. A late fee of $25 will be assessed for applications received up to 10 days past the deadline, and a late fee of $50 will be assessed for applications received more than 10 days past the deadline.
