Focus on the processing that culminates in the creation of key project reports for use by the Project Manager. Using setup data from the Costpoint Projects course, examine the processing cycle from the computation of the cost pools to the creation of the Project Ledger and all associated reports including the Project Status Report, Revenue Summary, Project Labor Report, and Revenue Worksheet. More complex concepts include a discussion on revenue redistribution and cost transfer utilities, as well as a review of the key tables associated with processing and the importance of reconciliation between the Project Ledger and the General Ledger.
