Intermediate Judo/Jujitsu
Continue improving upon the skills of the Japanese martial art of Judo and the Brazilian style of Jujitsu. The focus will be on the competitive and self-defense aspects of both arts. Students will build upon their current knowledge and learn advanced throws, take-downs, joint manipulation and chokes.
