Weight Training II for Women Only
Provides female students a continuation of the understanding of weight training concepts and will enhance knowledge of muscular development. Students will learn to train effectively and efficiently while increasing their overall strength. Students will also learn how to control their body weight as well as overall physical and mental fitness. Topics include major muscle groups, basic weight training concepts, physiological benefits of exercise, perform and demonstrate safe exercise techniques, and design a personalized weight training program.
