We will teach you the basic stroke on an erg machine, see some videos and if time allows, we will do some dock side rowing. The tryout will be from 12:30pm to 2:30pm and wear something to workout in. It will not be a hard workout but just some basic movements. NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED.
